As a Process Controlroom Specialist you will translate available data into usable information for various internal stakeholders, but also externally for our partner Zalando. Optimizing productivity and guaranteeing delivery reliability are the main goals of the Controlroom. You are responsible for the day-to-day management, where do you need to adjust, slow down or speed up the operation? You share the latest updates with the operation and you chair standups. But also the long term planning, between 1 and 14 weeks ahead belongs to your tasks. You are in charge of the optimal planning and deployment of employees and machines. You keep an overview of all processes in our warehouse and take quick decisions in case of calamities and incidents.

The Control Room is the beating heart of the warehouse from where the central logistics control takes place. The purpose of the department is to optimize productivity and guarantee delivery reliability. Without the Control Room, everything comes to a standstill. In the Controlroom you work in two shifts and once a month you will work on Sunday. Your direct report is the Teamlead Controlroom.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will manage the operational processes based on accurate data;
• You are responsible for incident management;
• You optimize the efficiency of production planning;
• You monitor the performance on various KPI's and adjust where necessary;
• You advise the operation in optimizing the warehouse processes;
• responsible for end of shift reports to internal- and external stakeholders.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A completed HBO education;
• 2 to 4 years of work experience in a logistics or production environment;
• Leadership experience demonstrating your analytical capabilities and powers of persuasion;
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing;
• Fulltime availability and willing to work 2 shifts.
