Your job as a CrewMember

With you as a catering employee behind the cash register, our guests are assured of a smooth service. As our new Service King or Queen, you ensure that every guest receives exactly the right order. Thanks to you, our guests are happy to come back. You also work in the kitchen. You don't just flip burgers, you make guests happy! You do this with products of the highest quality and exactly to the taste of our guests. The orders are pouring in, you don't turn a blind eye to it in the kitchen. Well, just to quickly grill that unique Flame-Grilled burger of course.

What do we have to offer you?

All that hard work must be rewarded! We don't make a fuss about that, that's why we offer you:

• Employment conditions and salary according to catering collective labor agreement; a salary between €7,24 and €13,02 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from the age of 21 €14,48 gross per hour;
• We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
• 25 vacantiedagen on a full-time basis and 8% holiday allowance that you receive per month;
• In addition to a 2-week training period, there are various training and education courses, for example crew trainer of management support.

EG is a participant in the warning register of Fraud Aanpak Detailhandel. If you are included in this register, your application will not be included in the procedure

Your job as a Barista

As a catering employee at Starbucks, you provide excellent service and a pleasant customer experience. You make the famous Starbucks coffees or other drinks, ensure that the stock in the display case is replenished and in the meantime you keep the store clean. You come into contact with our guests a lot and enjoy making them smile. In addition, you don't mind working flexible hours and days.

• Employment conditions and salary according to the catering collective labor agreement ; a salary between €8,72 and €14,26 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from 21 years €15,85 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay);

• Training en coaching on the job; you will receive a 10-day professional training in which you will gain knowledge of Starbucks and learn to make our signature drinks;

• An environment in which you can continue to grow ; This way you can start as a barista and progress to a barista trainer or supervisor.

• Agility in handling coffee equipment and processing multiple orders simultaneously quickly and efficiently;
• Strict compliance of hygiene and food safety standards , with attention to cleanliness and organization;
• Good communicative skills to collaborate effectively with team members and managers.
